What matters before you begin.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests access their QR from their personal portal or an Apple Wallet pass when enabled. Only the access team uses the check-in app.
Can I use multiple phones at different doors?
Yes. You can create independent sessions for each device or access point. They all belong to the same event and feed the organizer dashboard.
What happens if the venue has poor connectivity?
The device downloads the confirmed guest list ahead of time and can record arrivals offline. Pending activity syncs when internet access returns.
Can I register re-entry?
Yes. The system supports additional entries and keeps the history needed to distinguish the first arrival from re-entry.
What does access staff see?
