Getting started

4 questions

What Confirmalia is and what you need to organize your first event.

01

What is Confirmalia?

Confirmalia is an event invitation and RSVP platform that uses WhatsApp as its main communication channel.

From one web dashboard you can set up your event, organize guests, send invitations, review responses, and continue communicating through reminders and announcements.

02

What types of events can I use it for?

It works for social and professional events where you need an accurate guest count and a reliable way to keep people informed.

  • Weddings, quinceañeras, birthdays, and baby showers
  • Graduations, baptisms, and family gatherings
  • Conferences, workshops, and corporate events
  • Events managed by professional planners or teams
03

Do I need to install an app?

Not to manage the event: Confirmalia runs in your browser. Guests do not create an account or install an app either; they receive the invitation in WhatsApp and can open their personal portal from a link.

04

Can I manage more than one event?

Yes. An account can contain multiple events, and you can switch the active event from your account area. Guests, invitations, questions, announcements, portal, and reports remain separated by event.

02

Event setup

4 questions

Event details, the main invitation, and the guest portal.

01

How do I create my first event?

During signup, the setup flow asks for hosts, date, location, event type, and language. You can also add a time, itinerary, and extra details.

When the event is created, Confirmalia prepares a general invitation, guest fields, initial questions, and the event portal.

02

Can I change the date, venue, or details later?

Yes. The details guests see are managed from the invitation and portal settings. Update them before another send so future messages use the latest information.

If guests were already notified, use an announcement to communicate an important change.

03

What can I show in the event portal?

The portal is a mini-site personalized for each guest. It can collect all practical information and let the guest manage their response.

  • Date, time, countdown, location, and map
  • Itinerary, dress code, links, video, and gallery
  • RSVP and answers to event questions
  • Album and check-in QR access when enabled
04

Can I prepare the event before paying?

Yes. You can create an account and set up the event without a card: configure the details, import guests, and review your messages. Invitation charges apply when you decide to expand or make the corresponding send.

03

Guests and data

4 questions

Imports, phone numbers, custom fields, and guest list management.

01

How do I add my guest list?

You can add guests manually or import multiple rows from a spreadsheet. The fastest flow is to copy columns from Excel or Google Sheets and paste them into the import table.

  • Manual entry for small lists
  • Copy and paste from a spreadsheet
  • Table import with a review step before saving
  • Import from WhatsApp contacts when a connection is available
02

What details do I need for each guest?

At minimum, you need a name and a valid WhatsApp number. The phone number must include a country code, and the interface helps you enter it in the right format.

Avoid duplicates or incomplete numbers. A clean list reduces delivery failures.

03

Can I store table, party size, menu, or other details?

Yes. Custom fields adapt the guest list to each event. You can store party size, table, company, family group, menu choice, or other information you need for filtering and personalization.

04

Can I edit, search, and export the list?

Yes. You can search by name or phone, filter by status, edit individual or multiple records, and export the data. Filters can also use custom fields and question responses.

04

Invitations and WhatsApp

4 questions

How official messages are prepared, sent, and tracked.

01

What does the guest receive?

They receive a WhatsApp message with the configured event details and options to confirm or decline. Depending on the template, it can include an image or document and a link to their personal portal.

02

Why do invitations use Meta templates?

Business-initiated WhatsApp messages must use templates approved by Meta. Confirmalia combines those structures with event and guest data and sends them through the official API.

This means the initial invitation is not completely free-form. Available fields depend on the selected template.

03

Can I attach my invitation design?

Yes, when the selected template supports a media header. You can use a compatible image or PDF and review the composition in the platform before sending.

04

How do I know whether the message was delivered?

Confirmalia keeps a message history and shows statuses such as sent, delivered, read, or failed when WhatsApp provides that information. When a message fails, the dashboard retains the available reason so you can correct the contact or retry.

05

RSVPs and questions

4 questions

RSVP statuses, party sizes, and additional guest information.

01

What statuses can a guest have?

The list separates guests who have not been invited, guests with a pending invitation, confirmed guests, and guests who declined. Check-in adds an arrival status on the event day.

  • Not invited
  • Pending
  • Confirmed
  • Declined
  • Checked in
02

What questions can I ask after an RSVP?

You can create open-text or select questions, mark them as required, reorder them, and assign them to an invitation. They work well for allergies, menu choice, transportation, plus-one names, or any operational detail.

03

How do party sizes or plus-ones work?

The number of seats can be stored as a custom field for each guest. That lets every record have a different allowance and allows reports to count people, not just confirmed contacts.

04

Can a guest change their response?

Yes. The guest portal can allow switching between confirmed and declined. Guests can also edit question responses when that option is enabled for the event.

06

Reminders and announcements

4 questions

Follow up with pending guests and communicate before, during, or after.

01

What is the difference between a reminder and an announcement?

A reminder follows up on an invitation or reminds confirmed guests about the event. An announcement is a separate communication for updates, instructions, changes, or thank-you messages to a selected audience.

02

Who receives reminders?

You can follow up with guests who are still pending and schedule event reminders for confirmed guests. Some reminder types can request a new confirmation using response buttons.

03

Can I send an announcement to only one group?

Yes. Recipients can be segmented by RSVP status, custom fields, and question responses—for example, only confirmed guests at one table, pending guests, or guests who selected transportation.

04

Do announcements support images, PDFs, and metrics?

Announcements can include text and, depending on the setup, an image or PDF. The module shows send progress and contact-level metrics so you can see what happened to every message.

07

Portal, album, and check-in

4 questions

Tools that support the guest experience beyond the RSVP.

01

What is the personal guest portal for?

It centralizes the event experience in one link. Each guest sees their own details, status, and the sections enabled by the organizer, without signing in.

02

How does the collaborative album work?

The organizer can activate an album so guests upload photos from the portal, with no app to install. Visibility, upload and download permissions, and an availability window can be configured; when it is over, the organizer requests a download of all the photos as a ZIP by email.

03

How does QR check-in work?

The organizer creates sessions for one or more entry devices. Staff pair the check-in app with a code, download the confirmed guest list, and scan each guest’s personal QR. The flow supports re-entry and syncing after connectivity returns.

04

Can guests save their pass?

When QR access is enabled, guests can view their code in the portal. The platform also supports generating an Apple Wallet pass containing that QR.

08

Reports, plans, and billing

4 questions

Event visibility, collaboration, and how billing works.

01

What do the dashboard and reports show?

The dashboard summarizes contacts, invitations, confirmed, declined, and pending guests. Reports let you search, filter, and review custom fields and answers so RSVP data can guide event operations.

02

Can I share progress with a client or vendor?

Yes. You can create a public report protected by a PIN and choose which statuses, custom fields, and questions are visible. The link can be revoked when it is no longer needed.

03

How much does Confirmalia cost?

The pricing page shows the current invitation price: $3 MXN or $0.25 USD. There is no monthly subscription; you prepare the event for free and pay for the sending capacity you need.

Available pricing, currency, and capacity are confirmed inside the platform before payment.

04

What are credits and how is payment processed?

Credits are used for messaging features and add-ons such as announcements or album activation. You can review your balance and buy more when needed. Web payments are processed by Stripe, and capacity is credited to the account or event after payment is confirmed.
